Corporate law

A strict definition of corporate law can be found in the company law section in Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code.  In that context, we advise and litigate for legal persons and entities and assist them in choosing or changing the legal structure for their company. But in a broader sense, corporate law covers many other legal matters that may concern you as a business. We are able to provide support and assistance in all aspects of corporate law. Our practice groups have expertise in many different areas. Click on your choice in the menu.

Our services include two other practice areas worth mentioning here: estate planning and law of persons and family law. Although these do not, of course, come under corporate law, we like to think that supporting business people in their private lives is also of great importance.
