Employment and Participation

We draw up and assess employment contracts and working regulations, give guidance on dismissals, redundancies, reorganizations, restructuring and participation issues, and can provide support in the creation of management and payment structures and competence systems. We also advise clients and litigate for them in many other matters relating to employment law, such as collective agreements, disciplinary measures and sick employees.
