We give advice and conduct legal proceedings on all kinds of administrative and environmental law issues. This could be a proposal to change the use of land, an application for a building permit or felling licence, or concern any kind of permit relating to housing regulations or the Licensing and Catering Act. We also take action against undesirable planning developments or decisions. These may involve an integrated environmental permit, a land use plan or an administrative enforcement order. If necessary, we can apply for enforcement of a decision or compensation for loss resulting from administrative acts. And, finally, we can be called in for advice or litigation regarding public access to government information and in cases concerning decisions made by any government authorities. In the Netherlands this could be the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets, the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets or the Dutch Healthcare Authority.
