Schaap advises JOG Group on the acquisition of the CHASIN’ business

Schaap Advocaten Notarissen has provided legal advice to JOG Group on the acquisition of the CHASIN’ business. JOG Group, known for the Garcia and Jeans Centre brands, successfully acquired CHASIN’.

JOG Group and the trustee reached an agreement to acquire the jeans brand. The group would like to create a synergy between Garcia and Chasin’, aiming at European expansion. Both creative and commercial operations will continue from the Amsterdam firm.
